Outline of the
construction method

The Me-A construction method (Multi Enlarged-NODES Ace pile) is a cast-in place pile construction method capable of improving building safety and reducing construction costs and is characterized by having large-diameter sections in the middle and the tip. The Me-A construction method has obtained general certification from Center for Better Living.

Characteristics of the
construction method

Reduce the construction cost of piles

With large-diameter sections in the middle and tip, piles can be shorter and thinner than conventional ones, allowing for reduction of construction cost of piles. In the case of buildings with extremely large self-weight, such as super skyscrapers, which need large-diameter piles, if the ground has intermediate supporting layer, it is possible to reduce the construction cost of piles by 10 to 30%.

Superior resistance against pulling of piles in the event of earthquake

With the large-diameter section acting as pulling resistance, it is also effectively applied to tall and thin buildings or plate-like buildings to which large pulling force is applied to the piles in the event of earthquake.

Superior adaptability in premises of limited size

As long as the ground has an intermediate supporting layer, bearing power can be expected in the intermediate large-diameter section, therefore, it is possible to downsize the diameter compared to the conventional piles, which makes it superior in adaptability on premises of limited size.
